Vaginal Fantasy Hangout

YA Vaginal Fiction

I love that this book club has been started! I’m an adult… kind of… but admittedly I still love young adult fiction. I saw mention of Tamora Pierce, and I don’t know if that is going too young, but her books still hold a very special place in my heart. I read them as a pre-teen and I read them as an adult, and they never fail to inspire me, or comfort me, or entertain me. After reading them again in my late teens (in secret for fear of being judged) I was inspired to pick up archery- and am in fact a fairly decent shot. Anyways now that I have awkwardly expressed my love for her books, I just want to put my two sense in that regardless of whose book, I really do think you should do a YA novel. Most of us secretly love them (hunger games?) and as much as I love women power novels, as a lesbian most of the “vaginal” fiction books don’t have as much appeal. YA lets me get my fantasy without being a little overloaded by hetero activities- not that there is anything wrong with that of course!
